A Giclee print is the highest quality professional print produced from an original artwork and is certified archival.

Limited Edition fine art prints are a fixed number of prints for each artwork produced. Tom & T Studio provides an exclusive edition of 30 prints per artwork size and a Certificate of Authenticity accompanies your purchase.

Our Giclee fine art archival prints are printed on Moab Entrada 300gsm Bright Art Paper and have a small white border for framing. Please note sizing is for paper size and not image size.

Canvas prints are printed on Sihl Luna Artist 350gsm Polycotton Blend Canvas and have a natural white base with a satin surface finish. They are supplied in roll form and have a 55mm white bleed material for bar wrapping/framing.

We have tried to be as precise as possible when matching the final print colour with images depicted on our website. However, please take into consideration that colour variations may occur when viewed on different devices.

Unframed art prints are fragile so they must be handled with care. Each print has been carefully packaged by a professional printer and placed into a protective postal cylinder tube. When you receive your artwork, the packaging should only be opened by a professional framer in order to avoid damage such as scratches, fingerprints or indentations to the images. Please accept and acknowledge that any damage occurred after delivery and once removed from the packaging will not be the responsibility of Tom & T Studio. We advise that each art print is thoroughly inspected by us and our printer to ensure there is no damage or imperfection present before being packaged and posted to you.

No, we do not offer framing. Once you have received your artwork, please take it unopened to your trusted professional framer who should handle it with care.

Artwork and interiors are rendered as precisely as possible with respect to the size of the artwork against furniture, however, there may be an element of creative licence applied to the rendering so we suggest you carefully measure your chosen artwork size to its intended space.

Artwork is printed to order so please allow 7 – 28 days for delivery within Australia and New Zealand. For orders outside of Australia and New Zealand please extend the delivery time frame by up to 14 days. If you require an order by a particular date, we suggest that you consider these time frames before you place your order.

We do not charge shipping within Australia. The shipping rate to New Zealand is $20.00 AUD. For orders outside of Australia and New Zealand a flat shipping rate of $60.00 AUD applies.

Yes, if you reside outside of Australia, you will be responsible to pay any additional customs, taxes, duty or handling costs required for you to collect your order. Tom & T Studio has no control over these charges. Amounts may vary for each country and you should accept and acknowledge that you are liable to make any payment of this type in order to receive your artwork. Please note that by Law we are required to disclose the value of the goods being sent and we advise that we are unable to alter this value. Please check with your country’s Customs offices regarding any additional costs that you may incur. All other Shipping terms/policy that we have outlined against “Shipping” also apply.

We appreciate and thank you for your interest in choosing to select artworks from our studio. Each print is made to order so once your order has been placed no exchange or refund will be offered and note that all care is taken to ensure that the artwork you purchase is the artwork you will receive. Please understand that return or exchange of artwork due to change of mind is not accepted so we suggest that you choose your purchases carefully. No return or exchange will be considered for purchases made internationally.

Please ensure that you have provided a correct address for your delivery and note that if your order is returned to us because of incorrect address details or because you have not collected your order from your local Post Office a refund will not be given and a further postage charge if applicable will be incurred by you. If you elect for your delivery to be “left unattended”, you acknowledge that Tom & T Studio and our representatives will not be held responsible or liable at all for any loss or damage to the delivered goods.

No return or exchange will be considered if we have not received notification from you within 24 hours of your order being delivered. If the artwork you receive is faulty due to delivery, a return or exchange will be considered if an inspection of the artwork has been made by you within 24 hours of delivery and we have been notified immediately in writing, together with photographs of the damage/fault to “[email protected]”.

Please note that we do not offer cash refunds on any artworks that we accept to be faulty, however, we will issue an exchange or credit towards a further purchase from our studio. A return should be received by us from you within 5 days of your delivery and you have communicated to us with photographic evidence within 24 hours of receipt of your order to support that your artwork is faulty. A return will not be considered after 24 hours of receipt of your order. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed unless both parties agree upon reimbursement of such costs. All other Returns, Refunds & Exchange terms that we have outlined against “Returns, Refunds & Exchanges” also apply.

All major credit cards are accepted. Please note that a sale is not final until you have processed payment and received confirmation of your order from our studio. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any orders that we are unable to fulfill.
