Bones and Joints

This series of artwork explores the intersection of structural engineering and the creatively intentional principles of architectural design, along with the features and philosophies of the Bauhaus school, Brutalist movement, and Modern and Postmodern architecture. Minimalist geometric shape and form, truth to materials and the concept that ‘form follows function’ are conceptually dismantled and visually reimagined.

Through the interplay of colour, shape and line, contemporary visual narratives converge with this series of images that would complement both modern and mid-20th century architectural design while injecting minimalist spaces with a visually dynamic style.
